ULCUPRAZOL IN GERD:

SCIENTIFIC MODE OF ACTION:
Ulcuprazol works by blocking H+/K+ ATPase system on secretory surface of gastric cells these cells are called parietal cells. These cells are responsible for acid secretion as this secreted acid is required for the proper digestion of food. But when this gastric acid which is coming out from cells starts exceeding its limit so this exceeded amount of this acid starts burning in stomach. This exceeded secretion makes patient uncomfortable for digesting food and this undigested food comes back out flow to mouth and makes a feeling and condition of vomiting. Ulcuprazol is actually doing block to production of this exceeded amount of acid so that exceeded production amount of acid could be stop and heart burning and GERD related issues should be solved.
USES IN ULCERS
